BrandZ measures Consumer Trust by asking consumers which brands they trust but also which companies or brand owners they trust. These two measures are combined to give an overall Consumer Trust measure. This is reported as an index and normalised vs all other brands in that country. The report also details a number of routes to driving trust depending on your brand position in the market.
