While using the Kantar Marketplace platform, you can visit our FAQ section or click the blue 'Help" button at any time, to explore our knowledge articles or ask us a question.

If your query is related to one of our Serviced solutions, please reach out to your local Kantar Client Service team. If you don't know who your Kantar Client Service team is, please contact us via one of the below methods and we will be happy to put you in touch with the correct team for you.

For issues with self-serve projects, registration, general queries or help with getting in touch with your local Kantar team, please submit a request to Kantar Marketplace Support by:

a) Clicking on the blue 'Help' button on the bottom right corner of the screen and scrolling down to 'Ask a question'. This 'Help' button is available regardless of if you are logged in to your Kantar Marketplace account. 

From here, you can fill in the details to submit a request. 


b) When logged in to our Kantar Marketplace account, clicking on "Help center" then "New Support Ticket" and completing the relevant fields. 

Once a request is submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt to your inbox and shortly after, a personalised response from Kantar Marketplace Support.
