If you are having issues with one of our Serviced solutions, please reach out to your Client Service team.  


For issues with self-serve projects, registration or general queries please submit a request to the Client Support Team by:


a) Clicking on the blue 'Help' button on the bottom right corner of the screen and scrolling down to 'Ask a question'. This 'Help' button is available regardless of if you are logged in to your Kantar Marketplace account.

From here, you can fill in the details to submit a request. 


b) When logged in to our Kantar Marketplace account, clicking on "Help center" then "New Support Ticket" and completing the relevant fields. 


Once a request is submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation of receipt to your inbox.


Please allow up to 1 hour for the Kantar Marketplace Client Support Team to send you a personalised response.
