While using the Kantar Marketplace platform, you can visit our FAQ section or click the blue 'Help" button at any time, to explore our knowledge articles or ask us a question.

If your query is related to one of our serviced solutions, please reach out to your local Kantar Client Service team. If you don't know who your Kantar Client Service team is, please contact us via one of the below methods and we will be happy to put you in touch with the correct team for you.

For issues with self-serve projects, registration, general queries or help with getting in touch with your local Kantar team, please submit a request to Kantar Marketplace Support by:

a) Click the blue 'Help' button on the bottom right corner of your screen and select 'Ask a question'. The 'Help' button is available whether or not you're logged in to your Kantar Marketplace account. 

From here, you can fill in the details to submit a request. 

b) Accessing the Help Centre when logged in

When logged in to our Kantar Marketplace account, click on the "Help centre" text at the top right of the screen.

Once the new page opens, click on the blue "New Support Ticket" link and complete all relevant fields. 

After you submit a request, you will receive an automated email confirming your submission. You will then receieve a personalised response from Kantar Marketplace Support.
