Upon clicking the ‘Proceed to payment’ button, you will be directed to the checkout page. If your account has previously been set up for credits and there is not sufficient credits for the project, you will be asked to ‘Contact us’ to purchase additional credits, before being able to launch your study.

You may click on 'Contact us' to get in touch with Kantar Marketplace Support, or alternatively, contact your local Kantar team directly, who can get more credits added to your account.
