Contact us to set up or change your payment method
After clicking the ‘Proceed to payment’ button, you will be directed to the checkout page. Credit card is the default payment option and is always available for use.
Setting up credits or invoice payment method
Click on the preferred payment option tab and then the "Contact Us" button on your preferred option and the Kantar Marketplace Support Team will assist in your set up.
Changing your payment method
If you have setup your account for billing and wish to change the way you pay (for example, you originally setup the account for invoicing but now wish to use credits), please contact us by raising a new Support ticket, or, by getting in touch with your local Kantar team.
