No billing set up

If you have self-registered and not previously set up billing  for the account, you will see both Credits and Invoice tabs with instructions to ‘Contact us’ to set up Invoice or Credit payment. Click the "Contact Us" button on your preferred option and the Kantar Marketplace Support Team will assist in your set up.


Changing payment method

If you have setup your account for billing and wish to change the way you pay (for example, you originally setup the account for invoicing but now wish to use credits), please contact us by raising a new Support ticket, or, getting in touch with your local Kantar team.
