After you have completed a purchase, you will receive an Order confirmed! Your insights are on the way email from Kantar Marketplace/Customer Service with your payment and project details. This is a great way to confirm your purchase was successful and your study is live.
Once your study results are completed, you will receive a second email It's GO time! Your project results are ready notification.
You can contact Kantar Marketplace Support at any time to check on the status of your study and ask any questions you may have.
