Upon completion of a purchase, your study is launched for live respondents to complete (except for LINK AI and ConceptEvaluate AI which are machine powered).

You will receive an Order confirmed! Your insights are on the way email from Kantar Marketplace Support upon project launch which includes your project's name, ID, price and payment type. This is a great way to confirm your purchase was successful and that your study is live. 

Once your results are completed, you will receive an It's GO time! Your project results are ready email notification. This email will contain a direct link to view your results as well as your project details.
