Upon completion of a purchase, your study is launched for live respondents to complete (except for LINK AI which is machine powered).

You will receive an Order confirmed! Your insights are on the way email from Kantar Marketplace Customer Service with your payment and project details. This is a great way to confirm your purchase was successful and that your study is live. 

Once your results are completed, you will receive a second It's GO time! Your project results are ready email notification. This email will contain a direct link to view your results.

You can contact Kantar Marketplace Support at any time to check on the status of your study and ask any questions you may have.
