Norms determined by category selected

The norms used in the dashboard will be determined by the category you enter when you set up your project.

We have a robust database of almost 100,000 concepts and 12 categories which are listed below. The norms are calculated at the country level and if sufficient records are not available for a given market/category, we calibrate the norms vs another country.
