NeedScope is an additional module that can be added to the standard IdeaEvaluate study. It is used for segmenting/differentiating ideas, which can be used in order to target different segments of consumers. 

Please note that this module is not included in the standard study of IdeaEvaluate and is available on for serviced projects.
